Investigative Series on the Science of Identity Sect and Tulsi Gabbard

Aloha new readers. I received helpful reader feedback to improve navigability to my investigative series on the Kailua-based Science of Identity sect and U.S. Presidential Candidate Tulsi Gabbard's deep involvement. Please find links to the three-part series below and in the "Top Picks" sidebar.

If I delay in posting a comment or responding to an inquiry, please don't take it as lack of interest. I currently have a full-time job outside of the journalism field.

Since I believe people should always analyze their news/info sources, I am also happy to answer any questions about who I am and how I stumbled into researching Science of Identity.  Mahalo nui loa.

Aloha Christine Gralow. Thank you for exposing this corruption. Do you plan to continue deep investigative reporting in Hawaii?

Thanks Keala! I do, but just on the side. I have no intention of leaving my teaching job, which is actually a 12-month (year-round) job. Thanks for reading!

Is there a possibility of getting an update as to what Chris Butler is doing now in 2020

Hi Pat. As far as I've been informed by insiders, Butler is still a recluse in Kailua with symptoms resembling hypochondria, preaching to followers via video. One of his Science of Identity leaders, Allan Tibby, has still been trying to develop land around Lake Pukaki, New Zealand.

Tibby is a wanted money launderer running The Pukaki Trust, fronting as "a charitable trust set up for the purpose of educating individuals and the community about the numerous physical, mental and spiritual benefits of living a balanced yoga lifestyle."

That's how Science of Identity reels people in - pretending it's all about yoga when it's really all about Butler, politics, and egotistical power. https://thepukakitrust.org.nz/about-us/

Is it true some claim Butler made children and teens watch gay porn films?

Hi Dan. I touched on this in Part 3. Not sure it could be classified as porn exactly, but certainly videos with clips of men having sex and language aimed to deter homosexuality. Butler has long been virulently homophobic, and that is reflected in some of the political positions Tulsi Gabbard has taken since leaving office. She is pro the Florida Don't Say Gay bill and is anti-trans, for example. Thanks for reading. Sorry it's taken so long to reply. - CG

Tulsi has more visibility in summer 2022; giving commentary & hosting Tucker Carlson Tonight. Do you have more behind the scenes info? Is Tulsi still embedded in the Krishna cult?

Hi Kimberly. Yep. She's still loyal to Butler. Every once in a while former followers of his still reach out to me with info. The treatment of former followers and critics is everything you'd expect - extremely similar to how Scientology treats its former members and followers. Thanks for reading. - CG
